If you enjoy visiting open houses on the weekend, it's a great way to get to know the neighborhoods, homes, prices, etc.....please let the Agent in the home know that you have your own Buyers Agent.  In fact, keep a stack of your Agent’s cards in your glove box to hand to the agent sitting the home.  If you are visiting a "For Sale By Owner" you may also present the card and let them know that you have someone working for you. That way you will be free to tour the home without having to share your personal information with the Agent  or the homeowner who is conducting the Open House.

After you view the home and if you have further interest, I would go back through the home with you and conduct an assessment of the home and the area, to insure the pricing is accurate for the current market and give you a quick Market Evaluation of the the most current sales of like homes. Again, this will help you make a well informed and educated decision on the offer we would present and as well as to confirm that the price being offered is in line with the area and the market.
